It can be defined as complete blindness, when someone has the inability to perceive any light, and legal blindness, when someone's has a visual acuity of 20/200 or worse in the better eye with corrective lenses or a visual field of 20 degrees or less.

This tool helps blind individuals gain more independence and access information by describing their surroundings and answering questions in real-time.
